Initial Condition

This is the office building of an international insurance corporation, with a total roof area of over 1000m². The concrete roof structure has developed cracks, and the clay tiles have blistered due to prolonged water retention, causing localized seepage into the building. The roof also houses multiple air conditioning units and a storage area containing important documents and records.

Roofcare’s Solution

Roofcare provides a complete roof coverage solution using the Roofcare TPO membrane, applied with adhesive bonding and automatic heat welding. The installation process is non-invasive, dust-free, and noise-free, ensuring safety and minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.

Repair damaged terracotta tiles and apply mortar leveling at removed tile areas. Then, clean the surface and install the Roofcare TPO membrane. Adhesive bonding and heat welding are applied at the joints to ensure durability and optimal waterproofing.
