With the original condition, the corrugated iron roof was degraded and seriously leaking at the roof penetration positions: chimneys, ventilation pipes. The melted oil causes corrosion of the corrugated iron roof. The parapet wall is also leaking water

Roofcare’s solution is to retrofit UltraPly TPO membrane system for metal roof, combined with the insulation layer, both to ensure waterproofing and to integrate additional insulation for the factory. The renovation will not disrupt operation below
